The management, operations, and overall administration of this Samiti are strictly reserved for individuals who are direct blood relatives of Veer Shaheed Anusuya Prasad and Smt. Chitra Devi. No external individual or organization holds any authority to manage or take decisions on behalf of the Samiti.

All financial transactions, including donations, funds, and expenditures, are solely handled and overseen by Smt. Chitra Devi. She is the authorized person responsible for managing the funds to ensure transparency and ethical utilization of financial resources.
Decision-Making Process
All decisions regarding the functioning, growth, and future plans of the Samiti are taken exclusively by the founder’s family members. Any action, policy change, or initiative must receive approval from the designated family members, with Smt. Chitra Devi having the final authority on financial matters.

No third party, external organization, or non-family member shall have the right to claim ownership or influence the management of the Samiti.
