Donation Refund Policy
At Veer Shaheed Anusuya Prasad (Mahavir Chakra) Mahila Samiti, we deeply appreciate the generous contributions made by our donors to support our mission. As a non-profit organization, we utilize donations to further our initiatives in women empowerment, education, and social welfare. However, we understand that errors may occur, and we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Requests – If you have made an error in your donation or wish to request a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction date.
Processing of Refunds – Refunds will only be processed for valid reasons, such as duplicate transactions or incorrect donation amounts. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Donations – Donations made voluntarily and utilized for ongoing projects cannot be refunded. Once funds have been allocated to any initiative, they become non-refundable.
Cancellation of Recurring Donations – Donors who have set up recurring donations may cancel future payments at any time by notifying us at least 10 days before the next scheduled donation.

Only authorized individuals within the founder’s family and appointed representatives have access to financial and donor-related information. As per our organizational policy, only blood relatives of Veer Shaheed Anusuya Prasad and Smt. Chitra Devi are permitted to manage and oversee the Samiti’s financial matters, including donations and fund allocation.
